Return Policy

I placed an order, can I return it?

We want you to enjoy your experience with MiiRO Beauty! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange within 30 days of purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

After 30 Days?

We only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date (not the date on which you received your item).

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] for more information. Customers need to contact our customer service email to receive a shipping address and a RMA (Return, Merchandise Authorization). All items must be shipped using a trackable method. Once mailed, please send us your tracking number. Kindly note, we do not issue return labels.  A return label can be created at any USPS, FedEx or UPS location. Once the label is provided by the carrier, please place it on the package and drop the package off at a local USPS, FedEx or UPS location.

The following items are not eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Opened packages
  • Sale items


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.

I received defective, damaged items, missing items and / or incorrect items, what do I do?
